The Texas Leadership Consortium (TXLC) is committed to promoting environments in which leadership is effectively fostered and leveraged to drive innovation and business success. By partnering with academic, community and business leaders like you, we aim to achieve our goal of promoting leadership across the great state of Texas.

The TXLC is pleased to be back in person for our 15^th Annual Texas Leadership Consortium Summer Youth Program at Rice University on June 9-13 2025. This week long college readiness program engages Houston area high school students in an interactive learning environment, featuring leaders and professionals who will offer them the latest information, skills and tools for student success. During this five day program, students will be provided the opportunity to participate in a Rice University campus tour, various workshops, which include college financial aid and the admissions process, discussions on student life, preparing for the PSAT, and inspirational talks about the importance of going to college and pursuing a professional career. Each year, the TXLC awards scholarships to rising seniors who have completed all four years of participation in the program.

We believe all students have the potential to be successful in college. Your support is critical to our efforts to continue to prepare our future leaders.
