We are thrilled to invite you to support our 16^th Annual Texas Leadership Consortium Summer Youth Program—a milestone that reflects nearly two decades of commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders.

This year, we are honored to once again partner with Rice University to host this transformative week-long experience for Houston-area high school students. Thanks to our sponsors and donors, participation remains completely free, ensuring equitable access for all students, regardless of background.

Our program combines college readiness workshops, leadership development, and career exploration to equip youth with the skills and confidence to excel in higher education and beyond. With a special focus on supporting at risk students, we bridge gaps in opportunity while fostering a sense of community and self- efficacy.
